BRIAN CYRIL REMPEL

Brian Cyril Rempel, 25 passed away suddenly on April 8, as the result of a truck-train collision at a railway crossing at Demmit, Alberta. B'rian was 'born at Saskatoon to Emest and Minnie Hempel of Borden, Sask. en Janua,ry 15, 1945. His parents moved to' Rosedale, B:C. in 1946 and ,then in 1949 to Virg'it ,Onto A year later they moved again to' Prince 'George, B.C. where ~ian 'began his school. He accepted Christ a,s his personal Saviour when he was six years old . At the age of 16 he was baptized upon his ,confession of fa'i1:h and accepted ,into othe fellowship of the SeU1:h Fort George Baptist Church of South Fort George, B.C. In Sep1:ember, 1961 the family moved to Sexsmith, A ltwhere Brian jO'ined and attended the LaGI'ace Mennon-i,te Brethren 'Church., Brian 'is survived 'by 'his parents, Ernest and Minnie Rempel; brother oS'ruce of Sexsmith; a 'sister, Mrs. Rolyn (June) K'laassen, of Denver, ,Co",orado; 'a grandmother, .Mrs. Agatha Wiebe, of VirgH, Ont.; and maony relatives and friends.
