PETER P. WALL

Pet er P. Wal'! was born January 14, 1893, th e son O'f Peter and Katherine WaH, in southern Manitob a. He lost his fath er at an early age and went to work on his own whil e still a youth. As a young man in the Dalmeny (Sask.) district, while working out, he found Christ as his Saviour, was baptized, and joined t he Da'imeny Mennonite Brethren Church. There he also found his w ife, Tina Bartsch, to whom he was married on D ecember 2, 1917, a 'Union that lasted 52 y ears. A quiet and indus'trious man, he at va rious times farm ed, tinsmithed an d operat ed a garage. H e served as town counse'ilor in Dalmeny and on the Bo'ard of th e Home for th e Ag ed, and carried an active interest in missions and t he work of t he church. His life and deep sense of duty have 'Ie'ft a lasting 'influence on the Dalmeny community. He leaves t o mourn, his w ife; t hree brothers, K'iaus, Vancouver, J ake and Abe, DaHas, Ore.; two sisters, Nettie (Mrs. Martens) , Winnipeg, and Tina (Mrs. Fred tut,he), 'Dallas, Ore.; plus a host of fri ends.
