— Again one of the old pioneers of this section has passed from our sight. This time it was Henry W. Tangeman, formerly of Highland township, who was called to his reward and laid to rest in Highland cemetery last Wednesday. He came to Kansas with his parents in 1881. He was a quiet Christian.

Besides his widow and the two children, there survive him three brothers and two sisters, Paul Tangeman of Pomona, Calif., Fred and John Tangeman of Newton, Mrs. A. A. Vesper of Newton and Mrs. Frank Agrelius of Emporia, Kansas.
