EVA ADRIAN

Mrs. Eva Adrian was born on November 28, 1887, at Lehigh, Kansas. She came to Canada with her parents in 1901 and settled west of Hepburn, Sask. On September 14, 1924, she was baptized and accepted into the fellowship of the Hepburn Church.

She was married to Henry H. Adrian in 1908 and they were blessed with a family of one daughter and four sons. Her husband became ill in 1946 and predeceased her in June of 1951. A verse of Scripture which was of great comfort to her was Psalm 55:22, "Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee." In 1952 she retired to the town of Hepburn, where she kept her own home until she was hospitalized in June, 1968. She was a humble person, appreciative of everything done for her, and dearly loved by the family.

On July 4, at the age of 80 years, Mrs. Adrian passed away. She leaves to mourn, her daughter, Mrs. Clarence Peters of Relgina; her four sons: John of Saskatoon, Henry of Dawson Creek, B.C., Elmer and Albert of Hepburn.
