— Funeral services were held at Hess Memrial [sic] Hall, Hesston, last Saturday afternoon for Edward Hershberger, 54, who had operated the Hesston College farm for the past three years. He passed away at the Bethel Deaconess hospital Aug. 28 after being a patient there for 11 weeks. The services were in charge of Rev. Milo Kauffman and Rev. M. A. Yoder, and were widely attended. Before coming here, Mr. Hershberger had farmed for a number of years at Casselton, North Dakota. He is survived by his wife, Alma, five daughters and five sons, one of whom, Tillman, came from Puerto Rico for the funeral.
