MRS. MARGARET WIENS

Margaret Wiens nee Willms was born on September 11th, 1889, in the village of Tiege, South Russia. There she spent the first 21 years of her life. From there she moved with her parents to Burnaschk, in the Crimea and it was there also that she was united in holy matrimony on August 31, 1912. Fifty-three years and 8 months she was permitted to share bright and cloudy days with her husband, John Wiens, always finding the grace of God to be sufficient.

In the year 1925 they emigrated to Canada and established their home on a farm at Osborne, Ma:mtoba. 1n the Oslbor!1le (now Domalin Mennoruite Brethren Ohruwch) was round SlPLrituail fel!lnwship alnd 3Jmple opportumdlty to work In 1959 they moved to Winn~­peg and joined the Elmwood Mennonite Brelthren ChUJl1oh.

Mrs. Wiens enjoyed retatJively good healljjh until 1958, when she suffered a stroke, but her health was restored so tha t Slhe ,could do her housework wi!l:lh minor diff'iculties.

On April 5, 1966, she suffered· a hewt laltJtJack and shoI1tl~ 8Jfter 8 p.m. was traJl1iSlferred to her heavenily home, where she now sees him whom she already k!new here as her Saviour and Lord.
