Morgantown, Pa. — A tractor accident on the farm of Stephen Kurtz one mile north of here claimed the life of timothy B. Cutman, 16, son of Lawrence R. and Sadie Fisher Cutman, on Aug. 1.

Young Cutman, who was employed by Mr. Kurtz was returning to the barn with the day's last load of hay when the tractor upset on an incline, pinning him beneath the steering wheel. It took about one-half hour to release him, and he died a few minutes later.

He was laid to rest on Monday, Aug. 4, with services at the Conestoga church. John Glick, Christian Kurtz and Ira Kurtz were in charge.

Survivors include the parents and three sisters, the maternal grandparents, Aaron K. Fishers; and the maternal [sic] grandmother, Mrs. Annie Cutman of Belleville.
