text of obituary:

MRS. ANNIE KLASSEN

Annie Klassen was born to Abram and Annie Neufeld on January 28, 1899 at Plum Coulee, Man. Here she spent her childhood. She attended the Rosenheim school. On Nov. 17, 1918 she was married to Abram Klassen. In 1924, she and her husband both accepted Christ as their personal Saviour. The same year they were baptized and accepted into the membership of the Mennonite Brethren Church.

After retirement from their farm at Grossweide, Abram and Annie Klassen moved to Winkler. She enjoyed good health until the year 1940. Then her health began to fail, due to diabetes. In November, 1963 she became partly paralyzed due to a stroke and had to be hospitalized for 3 months. Later she was cared for at home.

On October 12, 1964, she suffered a severe heart attack and the Lord took her home.

Mourning her death are her husband, two sons, two daughters, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, four grand-children, four brothers and six sisters.

The funeral took place in the Winkler church, October 16. The brethren H. Lenzmann and Alfred Kroeker were the officiating ministers.
