HENRY KASPER, 71
Henry Kasper, 71, Boissevain, Man., died very unexpectedly on Feb. 18 while visiting neighbors. He was born in S. Russia and came to Canada in 1924. He leaves behind his wife, 3 sons, 2 daughters and 17 grandchildren.
