MRS. A. W. KLASSEN, 73

Katherina Klassen (nee Penner), wife of Abraham W. Klassen of Acme, Alta., born in Clearspring, Man., in 1888, departed this life on June 8, after an extended illness. Mr. and Mrs. Klassen celebrated their golden anniversary in 1959. Mrs. Klassen accepted Christ as her own personal Saviour, and was baptized upon her confession of faith. She has been a true companion, a faithful wife and mother to her children. She was predeceased by 3 children in their infancy and daughters, Margaret 7, Susie 16, Lily 20, Martha 57, and one son, Solomon, 45.

She is survived by her husband, three sons, seven daughters, two sisters, two brothers, 62 grandchildren, and 38 great grandchildren.

Memorial services were conducted in Linden on June 11th with Rev. W. E. Thiessen officiating.
