text of obituary:

Tina Abrahams, 75

Tina Abrahams (nee Martens) of Yarrow, B.C., was born in Franzthal, Russia, on July 5, 1886. In 1917 she was married to Jakob Abrahams and shortly after they were both baptized and received into the M. B. Church. In 1926 they came to this country, moved from place to place in the prairie provinces and finally settled down in Yarrow, B.C., in 1936. Here they enjoyed a more quiet life till father passed away in 1945. Mother lived in Yarrow till Dec. 1961, when she was taken to the private Mennonite hospital at Abbotsford. She was suffering from cancer and could not look after herself any more. Here, on Jan. 24, 1962, she was relieved of all earthly pain and taken home to be with her Lord.
