— Ed Unruh, postmaster and owner of the Unruh Mercantile Store at Goessel, died unexpectedly of heart attack last Sunday afternoon while he was out at the Marion county lake. Mr. Unruh was the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Unruh. Besides his grief-stricken wife, daughter Marjorie and son Virgil, also the following brothers and sisters survive: Mrs. Menno E. Schmidt, Newton; Albert Unruh and Mrs. Arthur Schroeder, Goessel; Mrs. J. C. Reimer, Hillsboro, and Mrs. Paul Regier, Moundridge. Announcement of the time of the funeral awaited word from the son, who is in the navy.
