SMALL DAUGHTER OF MISSIONARIES IN EAST AFRICA IS DROWNED

Berne, Ind., May 8. — Many hearts in this community were deeply saddened today by the pitiful news of the tragic death by drowning of little Catherine Anne Losier, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Andrew J. Losier, missionaries in British East Africa. The shocking news was received here this morning by the child's maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Lehman. The mother of the child was formerly Miss Dorothy Lehman of this place. — Berne Witness.
