Tobias T. Schultz.

Tobias T. Schultz of Bloomfield, Mont.l, and formerly of Avon, S. Dak., was born in Russia on February 7, 1861. He died December 12. On June 7, 1874, he was baptized upon his confession of faith, and tried to live his life accordingly. He came to America in 1874, spending most of his life on a farm near Avon, S. Dak.

He was married to Katherine Buller on Nov. 8, 1882 and to this union were born 13 children, of which three and his beloved wife have gone on before him. He leaves to mourn 10 children, 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral service we held in the Bethlehem Mennonite church for the benefit of the people of Bloomfield on Dec. 18. The body was shipped to Avon, S. Dak., were [sic] it will be laid to rest in the Friedensberg church cemetery.
