Funeral Services for Accident Victims Held in Large Tent.

Buhler, Kansas. — Funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Schroeder, who lost their lives in an accident near Burrton, were held here Sunday afternoon, August 21, in a large tent. It is estimated that nearly 2,300 people attended the services, every available seat in the tent being filled.

Rev. P. R. Lange, pastor of the M. B. church, delivered the English sermon, while Rev. Lohrentz of Ebenfeldt spoke in German. Music fitting to the occasion was furnished by the M. B. church choir.

The deceased couple were laid to their final resting place side by side in the Buhler municipal cemetery.
