Mrs. Elizabeth Poetker

Reedley, Calif., Aug 7. — Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Mennonite Brethren Church for Mrs. Elizabeth Poetker, 58, whose death occurred last Saturday after a long illness. The Rev. D. C. Eitzen was officiating minister, and the body was laid to rest in the Reedley cemetery under direction of Webb's funeral parlors.

Mrs. Poetker was a native of Russia but had resided in Reedley for the past thirteen years. She is survived by a son, John Poetker, at whose home her death occurred, four brothers of whom one, Isaac Braun lives in Reedley; five sisters, including Mrs. Peter Heinrich of Reedley; and a step-mother, Mrs. Helen Klingenberg of Bakersfield. — Exponent.
