ALONZO M. MILLER

Alonzo (Lon) M. Miller was born in Waupecong, Miami county, Indiana on Oct. 26, 1879, the son of John and Mary (Zook) Miller; died at his home, on Route 4, Kokomo, Indiana, Sept. 12, aged 69 years, 10 months and 16 days.

Although he had been afflicted with a heart ailment for a number of years, his death was sudden; he had been in his usual health on Sunday, but during the night became critically ill and died in a few hours.

In 1898 he was married to Selina Lantz, who survives. Last year the family was privileged to enjoy their golden wedding anniversary.

Surviving with the widow are three daughters and three sons. Milphert, Ruth Mishler, Normah Sommers, Mary Keim, Ora and John, 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; one brother, Albert; and five sisters, Della Troyer, Lizzie Lantz, Pearl King, Sadie Mishler, and Susie Horner.
