● Theodore Unruh, 70, of Walton died July 5 at Friendly Acres in Newton. Services were held July 18 at the Grace hill Mennonite Church, rural Whitewater, with Rev. E. J. Miller officiating. He was married in 1935 to the former Leona Nickel who survives along with one son, Virgil of rural Newton; one daughter, Mrs. Ken (Bonnie) Enns of rural Inman; five brothers, Martin of Clinton, Okla., Howard of Claremore, Okla., John and Arthur, both of Newton, and William of Wichita; six sisters, Mrs. Carl (Linda) Unruh of Bellflower, Calif., Mary Unruh, Mrs. Rosa Nickel and Mrs. Grace Nickel, all of Newton, Mrs. Ira (Alvina) Hall of Wichita, and Lucille Unruh of Winfield. and four grandchildren.
