Leon D. Lugbill, 65, died on Feb. 28. A member of the Archbold Evangelical Mennonite Church, he is survived by his wife, Mildred; three sons, Jack, Edward and James; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Martha (Mrs. Maurice) King, Myrtie (Mrs. Earles) Wagler and Doris (Mrs. Dale) Britsch.
