COMMUNITY NEWS
Alice Thiessen died May 22 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. Survivors include her husband, Harold; two sons, Russell and Douglas; twin grandsons; her parents, Ed and Josie Sommerfeld; and four brothers, Winston, Gary, Mel and Mike. Funeral services were held May 25 at First Church of the Nazarene in Wichita, with burial in the Brainerd Cemetery.
