RETIRED BUSINESSMAN OF UPLAND CALLED BY DEATH AT ARCADIA, CAL.

Upland, Calif. -- Funeral services for C. C. Eymann, former businessman at Upland, were held at the First Mennonite church here Aug. 13, Rev. Reynold Weinbrenner officiating. He passed away at his home in Arcadia, Calif. on Sunday, Aug 10.

He was born in Iowa, son of Herman and Anna Eymann, who moved to Moundridge, Kans. in 1886. In 1903 the family moved to California. Mr. Eymann was in the lumber business here from 1907 to 1923, and at one time served as Upland city clerk.

His wife, Mrs. Emma C. Eymann, and five sisters survive.
