Richard Sweeting, formerly from here but more recently farming near Lewistown, was killed in a pickup accident there. Bob Weinberger of Salem, Ore., who had been his pastor in Lustre, conducted the service.
Funeral services look place July 13 for Lucas James Belling, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Belling of Richland. He was stillborn. The grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Joe Doll of Glendive and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Belling of Richland.
Word was received here that Sara Williams of Langham, Sask., a former cook at Lustre schools, has died.
Alfred Quiring, who grew up in this area, died in Billings recently following surgery. He was a cancer victim.
Laura (Wiens) Toews died Aug. 29 at Trinity Hospital in Wolf Point following a long illness. —Mrs. Otto Kliewer.
