Annetta High, daughter of Lafayette and Susanna (nee Fretz) Yost was born, August 27, 1857, in Bedminster Township, Bucks County, Pa., and fell asleep September 17, 1947. In 1881 she married Samuel D. High, who preceded her in death in 1928. Both were life-long members of the Deep Run Congregation. They lived on the old Fretz homestead in Bedminster Township their entire lives with the exception of the last few years which Sister High spent in the Mennonite Home for the Aged, Frederick. She is survived by two children, J. Freeman of Philadelphia and Mrs. Russell Miller of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
