• Relatives and friends from Newton were among those attending funeral services at the First Mennonite Church of Hutchinson on Monday forenoon for Cornelius F. Epp, 67. Officiating at the services were Pastor Richard Ratzlaff and Rev. Curt Boese of Tescott, Kan. Burial was made at the Burrton Cemetery. Mr. Epp died April 27 at the home in Hutchinson after a three-month illness. He was born at Burrton and farmed in that community all his life. Survivors include his widow, the former Eva Pankratz; six children, James of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Glen Snell of rural Kingman, Carl of Minneapolis, Minn., Leon of Halstead, Gary of Everett, Wash., and Suzanne of the home; and five grandchildren.
