Reedley Businessman Dies Unexpectedly

Reedley, Calif.- - - Funeral services for Orly Ratzlaff, 42, well known Reedley businessman, were held March 7 at the Mennonite Brethren Church here, of which he was a member. Mr. Ratzlaff died unexpected of a heart attack on March 4 while on a skiing trip with a friend at China Peak. A native of Nebraska, Mr. Ratzlaff opened a furniture store here May 1, 1972. For 11 years he was a co-partner in a furniture store at Selma. Surviving are his widow, the former Margie Kliewer, and children Michael and Jane of the home; his mother, Mrs. Goldie Ratzlaff; and three sisters, Mrs. Ed Friesen, Mrs. Walter Buller and Mrs. Harlan Friesen, all of Reedley.
