MARIA WOLFF

Maria (Gossen) Wolff died Sept. 25, 2007. She was born July 26, 1923 in Kronberg, Russia and was separated from her family during WWII and sent to work in Germany. She fled to Paraguay where she was baptized at age 24 upon her confession of faith and married Abram Wolff in 1952. After living in Friesland for 15 years, they moved to B.C., attending King Road MB and Clearbrook MB Church. Maria enjoyed singing and company, and cooked many wonderful meals for family and friends. She is mourned by Abram; children Hugo (Ruth), Erika (Ed) Wiens, Walter (Warna), Monika (Hartmut) Penner, and Irene Regehr; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. The funeral was Sept. 28 at Clearbrook MB Church.
