SUSIE REINHOLD

Susie Reinhold died Aug. 19. She was born Dec. 21, 1920 in Slavgorod, Russia to Henry and Sara Wedel. Susie's family immigrated to Canada in 1925. They settled in Black Creek, B.C. in 1934 and were charter members of the MB Church. Susie recommitted her life to the Lord and was baptized in 1940. She worked as a cook, housekeeper and childminder. After caring for her dying mother, she found vocational fulfillment as a nurse's aid. She married Friedrich Reinhold in Dec. 1955. She was a woman of faith and prayer, and loved serving in church through singing in the choir and helping the catering committee. Susie loved and forgave generously. Predeceased by Fred in 1995; 6 brothers; 4 sisters; she is mourned by daughter Heidi of Black Creek; 2 sisters; 1 brother. The funeral was Aug. 24 at Black Creek MB Church.
