Glen A. Hofstetter, 65, of Canton, a son of Peter and Seraphine Hofstetter who lived northwest of Kidron, died after a six-week illness on Jan. 17. The survivors include his wife Florence, two daughters and a son, five sisters, Mrs. Andrew (Matilda) Maurer, Mrs. Clarence (Mayme) Balender, Mrs. Sylvia Gerber, Mrs. Laurene Derr, Mrs. George (Edna) Reynolds; and a brother, Irvin of California.

Mrs. Theresa (Terry) Mishler, 69, died on Jan. 1 after a short illness. The funeral services were held at the Salem Mennonite Church with Rev. Ben Rahn officiating. Her parents were Scott and Della Brubacher Long. On Oct. 24, 1923 she was married to Earl Hofstetter, who died on Mar. 19, 1961. She married Glen Mishler, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Stanley (Anna Jean) Douglas of Scottsdale, Ariz., and two sons, E. Dan Hofstetter of Ashland and Richard W. Hofstetter of Kidron.
