• Mrs. Walter Juhnke, 48, of rural Moundridge died Feb. 14 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital where she had been a patient for 10 days. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the First Mennonite Church of Moundridge with Rev. James Gingerich in charge. Mrs. Juhnke, the former Esther Wiens, had been a teacher since 1970. During the current school year she taught the class for children with learning disabilities at the Moundridge elementary school until forced to discontinue because of ill health. A 1970 graduate of McPherson College, she was also working toward a master's degree in learning disabilities at Fort Hays State College. Surviving in addition to Mr. Juhnke are four children, Jane, Christine, Anita and Alan, all of the home; three brothers, Nick Wiens of Newton, Leonard Wiens of Walton, and Simon Wiens of Inman; and three sisters, Mrs. Ruben Wedel of Pharr, Texas, Mrs. Bill Goossen of Beatrice, Neb., and Mrs. Harold Regier of Newton.
