Clifford J. Ramer, 65, died on July 23 at his home. Death was apparently due to a heart attack. Mr. Ramer was born on Jan. 19, 1909 and married Mildred Fern Wagner on Sept. 7, 1932. He was a member of the Yellow Creek Mennonite Church. Surviving with Mrs. Ramer are two sons, five daughters, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services were held at the Yellow Creek Mennonite Church with Rev. Mahlon Miller officiating. Burial was made in the Yellow Creek cemetery.

William Edward Marks, 86, a former resident of Wakarusa who has lived with his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell marks of rural Goshen, the past four years, died on July 19. He was born on June 18, 1888 and married Edith Hunsberger on Aug. 5, 1910. He was a member of the Olive Mennonite Church, with Rev. Jason Martin and Rev. Richard Hostetler officiating. Burial was made in Olive cemetery.
