Indiana Youth Dies After Collision

Goshen, Ind. — Funeral services were held at the Maple Grove Mennonite Church, Topeka, on Sunday afternoon, April 24, for Lyle Miller, 11, who was fatally injured in a car-truck collision on April 20.

The boy was a passenger in a car driven by his father, Floyd E. Miller, 37, when it collided with a feed truck at an intersection west of Emma. He was taken to LaGrange County Hospital and then to a Fort Wayne hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Mr. Yoder was hospitalized but is recovering. The driver of the Yoder Farm feed truck was Hobart E. Yoder, 59, who sustained bruises.

The Miller boy is survived by his parents, one sister and two brothers, all of the home near Shipshewana.
