• Funeral services for Jacob R. Epp, 83, of Salina were held April 4 at the First United Methodist Church of Salina. He died on April 1. Mr. Epp formerly operated the Broadway Grocery in Newton and later was the owner of Epp Bootery in Salina. He was a brother of Mrs. J. E. Entz of the Bethel Home, Newton.
