WILBERT J. MOSIMANN

Wilbert J. Mosimann, 66, of Mackinaw, Ill. died Feb. 15 following several months of illness. in September he had sold the Mosimann Grain Elevator which he and his wife operated since 1942.

He was born in Meadows, Ill., a son of Andrew and Barbara Rocke Mosimann. He was baptized at age 12 in Meadows by Pastors Andrew Vercler and Joseph Kinsinger.

He married Frances Cowles on Aug. 14, 1936 at Goshen, Ind. She survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Barbara L. Gerber of Portage, Mich. and Mrs. Mary L. Glisson of Lombard, Ill.; three grandchildren; one brother, Clarence, and one sister, Miss Ella Mosimann.

He was a member of Calvary Mennonite Church, Washington, where the services were conducted by the pastor, Ward W. Shelly, assisted by Rev. Harry Yoder of Bluffton, Ohio.

Bro. Mosimann was a Sunday school teacher in Calvary Church for many years. He served as treasurer of the Central District Conference. He was on the board and served as secretary of Mennonite Hospital, Bloomington, and until his death was a member of the Advisory Board of Mennonite Hospital.
