• Mrs. C. J. (Katie) Kopper, 77, formerly of Lehigh, died Nov. 22 at Wayne, N. J. The body was returned here and funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl Church, with Rev. Ronald Krehbiel officiating. Mrs. Kopper, the former Katie Schmidt, was born at Goessel. Following her marriage to Mr. Kopper in 1925, the family lived in Oklahoma until 1938, and in Newton from 1938 to 1953, when they moved to Lehigh. Mr. Kopper died in 1968. Surviving are three sons, Cornie of Alexandria, Va., Menno of Tulsa, Okla., and Edward, address unknown; three daughters, Mrs. W. W. Nyman of Cypress, Calif., Mrs. Carl Pennington of Wichita, and Mrs. W. N. O'Donnel of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and one sister, Sara Schmidt of Marion.
