Aged Woman Dies Of Crash Injuries

Ephrata, Pa. — Mrs. Elizabeth W. Horning, 77, of Bowmansville died at the hospital here Dec. 26 nine days after suffering serious injuries in an auto accident. Funeral services were held Dec. 29 at the Bowmansville Mennonite Church.

Mrs. Horning was driving alone Dec. 17 when she pulled into the path of a truck on Route 222 near here. She had been in the hospital since then.

A retired storekeeper, she was a member of the Red Run Mennonite Church. Her husband, Barton G. Homing, died in 1953.
