LORY EWERT

Lory Ewert died Oct. 2. She was born Aug. 31, 1925 in Herbert, Sask. to Henry and Anna Pauls. They moved to a farm at McMahon, Sask. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Saviour in her youth. She was baptized, joining Reinfeld (Sask.) MB Church. The family moved to B.C. in 1943. She took teacher's training. She married Aron Ewert in 1945. Aron died in 1957. She taught until she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. She lived in the extended care unit of Chilliwack (B.C.) Hospital. Predeceased by Aron, 1 sister and 2 brothers, she is mourned by sons Gerald, Edwin and Larry; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; 2 brothers. The funeral was Oct. 8 at Glad Tidings Tabernacle, Chilliwack with Lorne Lueck ministering.
