MARY KAETHLER

Mary Kaethler died Oct. 14. She was born in Orloff, Russia July 29, 1914 to Johann and Katharina Dick. The family immigrated to Canada in 1924, set- tling in Leamington, Ont., and later moving to Vineland and Virgil. She married Jacob Kaethler June 4, 1939. They bought her par- ents' farm in Virgil. They joined Virgil MB Church. She enjoyed singing in the choir. Ja- cob died in 1997. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, and watching the birds. Predeceased by Jacob, she is mourned by fam- ily and friends. The funeral was Oct. 18 in Oakview Chapel, Pleasant Manor, Virgil with Walter Bergmann and Vic Loewen ministering.
