ANNA HAHN

Anna Hahn died Aug. 23. She was born Feb. 13, 1918 to Jacob and Maria Friesen in Blumenort, Sask. She married Peter Krahn July 31,1938. Peter died in 1957. She moved to Swift Current, Sask. in 1963 and worked as a housekeeper and babysitter. She married Andrew Hahn in 1974. They lived in Swift Current and on the farm in Neidpath where they enjoyed a large garden, picking saskatoons and spending time with friends. She cherished visits from family and friends. In 1996 she was confined to a wheelchair because of hip problems and in 2000 she entered Swift Current Care Centre. Predeceased by husbands Peter and Andrew, 2 children in infancy, 2 sisters, 4 brothers, she is mourned by daughters Sylvia Ens and Carole Baragar; sons Richard and Robert; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers; Andrew's family. The funeral was Aug. 27 in Bridgeway Community Church, Swift Current.
