ELIZABETH EPP

Elizabeth Epp died July 7. She was born Oct. 9, 1909 in Franztal, South Russia to Jacob K. and Katharina Janzen. The family immigrated to Rosser, Man. in 1925, moving to Yarrow, B.C. in April 1932. Elizabeth married George J. Epp Nov. 21, 1937 in Yarrow. They moved to a condo in Abbotsford in 1984, joining Clearbrook MB Church. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting and crocheting. Psalm 23 was a favourite. George died Aug. 31, 1987. In Sept. 1997 Elizabeth moved to Eden Intermediate Care Home. Predeceased by George, daughter Dorothy in 1949, she is mourned by daughters Esther, Helene; sons Jake, Edwin and Philip; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
