JOSEPH ORMER ANDERSON

Joseph Ormer (Ormie) Anderson died May 29. He was born Oct. 6, 1920 in Arran, Sask. In 1938 he moved to La Riviere, Man. He served in the RCAF from 1941-46, then bought a farm near Manitou. He married Ruby Plomp in 1947. They retiring from farming after 42 years, moving to Manitou. In 2002 they moved to Pembina Manitou Place. Ormie accepted Christ as a teenager. He lived a life of deep faith and integrity in his family, church and community. He loved travel and anticipated his trip to heaven. The funeral was June 3 in Manitou MB Church.
