ANNE ESTHER WIEBE

Anne Esther Wiebe died Mar. 3. She was born Dec. 23, 1937 in Winkler Man. to Isaac and Nellie Wiebe . The family moved to Chilli- wack, B.C. in 1945. She accepted the Lord and was baptized. She attended East Chilli- wack Bible School. She moved to the Okanagan Valley, B.C. She married John Wiebe Nov. 9, 1963. They lived in Kelowna, B.C. where they farmed. Despite ill health, she had a positive outlook on life. They enjoyed family camping trips, gather- ing with extended family and cross-country skiing. She was hospitable and hosted youth groups, Bible studies and holiday celebra- tions in her home. She taught Sunday school, served on the food committee and was a greeter at church. Her family was pre- cious to her. Anne is mourned by John; chil- dren Heather and Robert; 2 grandchildren; 2 sisters; 1 brother. The funeral was Mar. 9 in Willow Park Church, Kelowna.
