MARY ANN KONRAD

Mary Ann Konrad died July 28. She was born to Jacob and Anna Rempel Mar. 12, 1928 in Main Centre, Sask. When she was 12 the family moved to Clearbrook, B.C. She accepted Christ, was baptized and joined Clearbrook MB Church. She at- tended MB Bible School, Abbotsford, B.C. (now CBC). She married Peter Konrad in 1949. They lived in Burnaby, B.C. Her faith was paramount and she supported her husband in his church and conference work. She enjoyed travelling and visiting relatives and friends. She looked after Peter when he became ill until he died in 1994. In 1997 she moved to Clearbrook, joining Clearbrook MB Church. Predeceased by Peter, she is mourned by daughters Heather of Shawnigan Lake, B.C., Rosanne of Whitehorse, Yukon, Violet of Sherbrooke, Que; sons Raymond of Burnaby, B.C., Alfred of Kamloops, B.C.; 9 grandchildren; 2 sisters; 2 brothers. The funeral was in Clearbrook, B.C.
