EVA JANZEN

Eva Loewen died July 1. She was born Dec. 28, 1921 in Kleefeld, Siberia to Peter and Helena Janzen. In 1924 they immigrated to Mexico, later to Manitoba. They moved to Springstein, Man. when she was in Grade 6. She prayed for salvation. She evangelized in school. Unable to complete high school, she worked out and went to Bible school a term. She married David Loewen June 28, 1942. They moved to Yarrow, B.C Their hobby farm and hospitality were enjoyed by visitors. They retired to Clearbrook, B.C Predeceased by David, she leaves sons Rufus, Walter, Harry, Aron; daughter Olga; 20 grandchildren; 14 great- grandchildren; 2 brothers; 4 sisters. The service was July 7 in Clearbrook MB Church.
