EDITH DICK

(Mrs.) Edith Dick of Winnipeg passed away after a brief illness on March 15. She was born on May 5, 1935 to Peter H. and Mary Koop in Winnipeg. In her early teens she responded to Christ's invitation and accepted his gift of salvation during evangelistic meetings with P.R. Toews. On June lO, 1949 she was baptized and joined the North Kildonan Mennonite Brethren Church. She married Alfred Dick on September lO, 1960. She had a great appreciation for music, especially Mendelssohn's "Elijah," which she often listened to. She is survived by her husband Alfred; her parents Peter and Mary Koop; and her sister Heidi.
