MOSES H. VOTH

Moses H. Voth, 94, died Aug. 16, 1997, at Kidron Bethel Health Care Center in North Newton, Kan. He was born April 14, 1903, in Goessel, the son of Cornelius R. Voth and Anna Banman Voth.

Upon his confession of faith he was baptized by pastor Peter H. Unruh on June 4, 1922, at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church near Goessel. At the time of his death, he was a member of Bethel College Mennonite Church in North Newton. On June 6, 1933, he married Beuna V. Dirks in a home ceremony at Greensburg. She died April 12, 1996.

He is survived by a daughter, Vionetta Schmidt of Littleton, Colo.; a son, Marvin of Lawrence; a brother, Waldo of Goessel; a sister, Susie Lohrentz of North Newton; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
