PETER C. REIMER

Peter Cornelius Reimer of Abbotsford, B.C. passed away on October 28 at the age of 74. He was born in Russia, lived in Chilliwack, B.C. area for thirty years after 1931, and moved to Abbotsford in 1961. He is survived by his wife Helen; sons Peter of Tsawwassen and Rudy of Prince George; daughters Hilda Dueck of Parksville, Mary Matties of Clearbrook, Betty Ruby of Co quitlam, Velma Loewen of Cranbrook a nd Aliena Rempel of Chilliwack (all of B.C.); stepchildren Vern Martens of Armstrong, Vic Martens of Dawson Creek, John Martens of Qualicum Beach, Mrs. Mary Martens of Kamloops, Henry Martens of Burnaby (all of B.C.), Helen Nickel of Indonesia, Charlotte Dyck of California and Frank Martens of Uruguay. The funeral was held November 2 in the Bakerview MB Church, with pastor Ben Zerbe and Bill Dyck officiating.
