text of obituary:

English translation:

Our dear uncle Wilhelm Giesbrecht died on July 16 at 1 a.m.... On February 25, my husband's sister, the widow of P. Wiebe, died. Her life was a very eventful one. She had married twice. Her first husband was Abraham Peters, formerly of Friedensruh; the second was P. Wiebe, formerly of Wernersdorf. From both marriages 5 children were born, all of whom died. She still had the pleasure of living together with her brother Heinrich Kroeker in one room for several years. Both were very weak, so each had a great support in the other, both physically and spiritually. They prayed a lot together. Then this one also died, and she remained alone again. She last lived with the Jakob Kroeker family and died of dropsy. Was a widow for 17 years. She also went home joyfully, sitting on a chair. The funerals took place in the prayer house with active participation. Jakob and Helena Kroeker [Nikolaipol, Aulie-Ata, Turkestan]
