CHRISTINA-JOY NORBURN

Christina-Joy Norburn of Sardis was born Jan. 17, 1990, a chosen daughter for Wayne and Eleanor Norburn. She lived her short life in much love and happiness from her family. She went into hospital Mar. 1 to have surgery to repair a hole in her heart and died peacefully 3 hours later. She is mourned by her parents; brothers and sisters Jeffrey of Tumbler It Ridge, B.C., Derek of Winnipeg, Cathy Heiling of Maple Ridge, B.C., and Calvin, Shawn, James and Elizabeth at home; and 2 nieces. A memorial service was held Mar. 6 at Sardis Community Church, with Don Klaassen ministering and Ian and Jaki Riley providing special music and support.
