GLEN TIMMER

Glen Timmer of Prince George, B.C. passed away Sept. 29, after suffering a heart attack while on a hunting trip with his son-in-law. He was born Dec. 11, 1932 in Edam, Sask. He married Evelena Zacharias Dec. 14, 1952. He was employed by Northwood Pulp and Paper Mill in Prince George and was to have received his 15-year pin on the day of his death. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved the Lord and was committed to his family and friends. He is remembered for his helpfulness, friendliness, sound advice, encouragement and willingness to give of his time. Predeceased by his father, he is survived by his mother; his wife; daughters Ann Howard of Prince George, Linda Martens of Winfield, B.C. and Sheryl Thompson of Prince George; 7 grandchildren; 2 sisters and 2 brothers. The funeral was Oct. 3 in Westwood MB Church, Prince George, with Mel Fehr ministering.
