Bruder Peter Hübert wurde geboren 1843 den 2. November auf seinem Glauben getauft den 9. Mai, 1877. Trat mit seiner ihm überlebenden Gattin in den Ehestand anno 1861 den 25. Juni. In Amerika eingewandert am 25. Juni 1879. Kinder geboren 18 davon 12 gestorben 6 am Leben. Großvater geworden über 22 Kinder davon 7 gestorben, Urgroßvater über 1 Kind. Im Ehestand gelebt 47 Jahren 9 Monate 12 Tage. Im Glauben gelebt 31 Jahre. Mehrere Jahre kränklich gewesen zuletzt 8 Tage schwer krank. Gestorben den 8. März 1908. Das Begräbnis fand am 11. unter großer Beteiligung statt. Leichenreden wurden gehalten von Br. G. Wiens über Hiob 19, 25 und 26. Aeltester J. J. Kliwer sprach über Pred. 12, 1. Gedenke an deinen Schöpfer in deiner Jugend. Br. Johann Abrahams sprach beim Grab über 1 Thes. 4, 15, bis Ende. Der Verstorbene hat in Landskrone Rußland gewohnt.

Brother Peter Huebert was born on Nov. 2, 1843 and baptized in his faith on May 9, 1877. Entered into matrimony with his surviving wife on June 25, 1861. Immigrated to America on June 25, 1879. 18 children born, of whom 12 have died and 6 are living. Became a grandfather of 22 children, of whom 7 have died; great-grandfather of 1 child. Was married for 47 years, 9 months, 12 days. Lived in faith 31 years. Had been ill for several years, at the end severely ill for 8 days. Died on March 8, 1908. The funeral took place on the 11th with many attending. Funeral addresses were given by brother G. Wiens on Job 19:25-26. Aeltester J. J. Kliwer spoke about Ecclesiastes 12:1. Remember your Creator in your youth. Brother Johann Abrahams spoke at the grave on 1 Thes. 4:15-18. The deceased lived in Landskrone, Russia.
